La presente informativa descrive come vengono trattati i dati personali degli utenti che visitano il sito rapidacademy.eu e ne utilizzano i servizi, ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 («GDPR») e del D.Lgs. 196/2003 come modificato dal D.Lgs. 101/2018.

1. Dati forniti volontariamente
- Modulo contatti: nome, indirizzo email, oggetto e testo del messaggio che ci invii tramite il form della home page.
- Area riservata: dati dell'account (nome, email, credenziali di accesso) e dati delle richieste di materiale/affiliazione che invii alla segreteria.
- Iscrizione e affiliazione: i dati che comunichi quando richiedi di aprire o affiliare un'accademia.
2. Dati raccolti automaticamente
- Dati di navigazione: log del server web (indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser), trattati per garantire il corretto funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito.
- Cookie tecnici e risorse di terze parti: dettagli nella Cookie Policy.

Modalità e conservazione

I dati del modulo contatti sono conservati per il tempo necessario a evadere la richiesta e per il periodo eventualmente richiesto da obblighi di legge. I dati dell'area riservata sono conservati per la durata del rapporto e successivamente nei limiti previsti dalla normativa applicabile.
Destinatari dei dati
I dati possono essere trattati, per nostro conto, dai seguenti soggetti:
- Fornitore di hosting del sito e del servizio email (rapidacademy.eu), in qualità di responsabile del trattamento;
- Google Ireland/LLC per la fornitura dei web font (Google Fonts), che riceve l'indirizzo IP del visitatore;
- Google Ireland/LLC per il servizio reCAPTCHA, che protegge il modulo contatti dall'invio automatizzato (spam/bot) e raccoglie a tal fine dati sul dispositivo e sull'interazione dell'utente, incluso l'indirizzo IP;
- OpenStreetMap Foundation e CARTO per la mappa delle accademie (solo nella pagina «Accademie»), che ricevono l'indirizzo IP quando la mappa viene caricata.
I dati non vengono diffusi né ceduti a terzi per finalità commerciali.
Trasferimento extra-UE
Alcuni dei servizi sopra indicati (in particolare Google) possono comportare il trasferimento di dati verso paesi terzi. Tali trasferimenti avvengono sulla base di decisioni di adeguatezza o di clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea.
Diritti dell'interessato
In qualità di interessato hai diritto, nei limiti di legge, di:
- accedere ai tuoi dati e ottenerne copia (art. 15);
- chiederne la rettifica (art. 16) o la cancellazione (art. 17);
- chiedere la limitazione del trattamento (art. 18) e opporti al trattamento (art. 21);
- ricevere i dati in formato strutturato — portabilità (art. 20);
- revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare i trattamenti già effettuati.

Data we process
1. Data provided voluntarily
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and message you send us via the home page form.
- Members area: account data (name, email, login credentials) and data of the material/affiliation requests you submit to the secretariat.
- Registration and affiliation: the data you provide when requesting to open or affiliate an academy.
2. Data collected automatically
- Navigation data: web server logs (IP address, date/time, requested page, browser type), processed to ensure the correct operation and security of the site.

Method and retention
Data is processed with IT tools and security measures adequate to prevent unauthorised access. Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for any period required by law. Members-area data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter within the limits set by applicable law.
Recipients
Data may be processed, on our behalf, by the following parties:
- the hosting provider of the website and email service (rapidacademy.eu), acting as data processor;
- Google Ireland/LLC for the supply of web fonts (Google Fonts), which receives the visitor's IP address;
- Google Ireland/LLC for the reCAPTCHA service, which protects the contact form from automated submissions (spam/bots) and, for this purpose, collects device and interaction data, including the IP address;
- OpenStreetMap Foundation and CARTO for the academies map (only on the “Academies” page), which receive the IP address when the map loads.
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of the services above (in particular Google) may involve transfers of data to third countries. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right, within the limits of the law, to:
- access your data and obtain a copy (Art. 15);
- request rectification (Art. 16) or erasure (Art. 17);
- request restriction (Art. 18) and object to processing (Art. 21);
- receive your data in a structured format — portability (Art. 20);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
